Warning Description: Flash Flood Watch

Warning Date: 9:33 PM EDT on July 7, 2015

WarningSum:...Flash Flood Watch Remains In Effect Through Wednesday
Morning...

Warning Message:The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* portions of western Maryland...east central Ohio...southwest
  Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
* Through Wednesday morning
* an approaching frontal boundary will bring moderate to heavy 
  rain across the watch area. Localized rainfall totals of 1 to 
  2 inches will be possible...which could cause flooding of 
  small creeks and streams as well as impacts to roads. 
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.
