WarningSum:...Flash Flood Watch Is Cancelled...

Warning Message:The Flash Flood Watch for portions of western Maryland...east
central Ohio...southwest Pennsylvania and West Virginia has been
cancelled. 
The National Weather Service has discontinued the Flash Flood
Watch for these counties. The thunderstorms have exited east, so
there is no longer a threat of additional heavy rainfall. 
Flood warnings due remain in effect for some of the counties from
the heavy rain that had fallen earlier today.
